The villa settlement BREZOVEC is located under the Šmarna Gora hill, immediately next to the Diners Club Ljubljana course. The settlement is about fifteen minutes’ drive away from the center of Ljubljana and less than ten minutes’ drive away from the Brnik international airport. Within the settlement, 59 prestigious villas are being constructed. All land is immediately next to the golf course and is fully equipped with the necessary infrastructure.

The price has been set based on the land price movements on comparable locations near the golf course, the quality of the product, the size of the land, the close proximity of Ljubljana, the airport and consideration of the tourist development perspectives of the Medvode township and surrounding area.
